For safety reason some things are not included in any of our cleans, these include 

• Cleaning of ceiling (and ceiling fans), light fixtures or any surfaces out of normal reach
• Cleaning of deep stains or pet messes
• Lifting of any heavy items such as white good and furniture
• Steam cleaning of carpets
• Cleaning of outside windows and walls, unless previously discussed
• Cleaning of window blinds and coverings

No! Unlike some other cleaning companies we use all of our own equipment including vacuum cleaners, mops, cloths, chemicals etc. The only time we ask you to provide anything is if you have allergies or would like us to use your own products/equipment.

However, if you would prefer for us to use your chemicals and equipment, that’s totally fine. Just let us know prior to your clean.

It’s hard to give an exact amount of time as there are many factors to consider. However, we offer free quotes which allows us to give you a time frame that you’re clean will take to complete as well as the cost of your clean.

The reason we do not have online booking is to best arrange a time that suits you. With online booking you can never truly guarantee a time but by speaking to your friendly staff we can discuss a time that suits you and do our best to accommodate.

Clean For Me understand that most people live busy lives. We want to make things easy for you! If you plan on being home during the clean, great! We will keep in touch to let you know of our arrival time and see you on the doorstep. If however, you have plans or would like us to clean while you are at work, we can arrange to collect a key from you at a time convenient and let ourselves in. Our staff understand how precious a home is and how important security is so they will always lockup behind themselves and leave the keys inside. All of our staff are rigorously checked prior to working with us and have current police checks. To help you feel even more secure, we are fully insured for public liability.

As every clean is different, we don’t guarantee a set amount of cleaners. As a general rule, we work in teams of 2. However, if your clean requires a bit more man power, we may send a team of 3 or 4.

Yes! If you would like to talk to someone about our insurance, just give us a call and we can discuss our cover amounts or provide an insurance certificate.

By advising us of your allergies we can do our best to find out if our products contains any of the ingredients you are sensitive to and not use them. However, we cannot guarantee an allergy free result with our own products. We can however use any of your own products you would like us to, thus avoiding any bad reactions.

We will always do our best to send you the same cleaning team for all of your cleans but we hope you understand that it’s not always possible due to holiday, sickness and other cleaning commitments. However, all of our staff go through an extensive interview process and have provided us with police checks to ensure you only get the best cleaners every time.

If you have had a change of plans or simply want to change the day or time of your clean there is a simple way to do so, give us a call! If you clean is less than 24 hours away, we can reschedule your clean for free.
